Sometimes Bally's and Cromwell will have $10. Sometimes you can find a $10 table, I'd recommend trying O'Sheas within the Linq for that. will have $15 tables but they'll be 6:5, in most cases. Flamingo, Harrah's, Bally's, Linq, Paris, etc.
Bellagio probably would have them, but I don't think Venetian or Caesars. The casinos you mentioned will be harder to find a $15 table. This was this past June 2021, not sure if it changed.
